3. The Settla. App

Access to the Settla. app is provided exclusively to active Settla. clients. You may not share your access credentials with third parties. Content within the app — including recommendations shared by other Settla. families — is provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

4. Consultations & Engagements

Initial consultations are provided free of charge and do not constitute a formal engagement. A formal engagement begins upon execution of a written agreement between you and Settla. Fees, scope, and terms of engagement are set out in that agreement.

5. Real Estate Services

Settla. real estate agents are licensed professionals operating in accordance with applicable state laws. Real estate transactions are subject to separate buyer/seller representation agreements. Settla. does not guarantee the availability of any specific property or the outcome of any real estate transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

Settla. provides relocation guidance and support services. We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on information or recommendations provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Settla. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
